It shall be equipped with minimum 16 GB DDR4 RAM and a minimum 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSD, ensuring fast processing speed and sufficient storage. Integrated Intel® UHD Graphics or better shall support standard display and multimedia needs. The desktop shall be supplied with a minimum 19-inch LED monitor, wired keyboard and mouse, and adequate I/O ports including USB, HDMI/DisplayPort, audio, and Ethernet connectivity. The Printer shall be a branded, energy‑efficient printer suitable for office use, capable of producing clear and consistent output. It shall support standard paper sizes and essential printing functions required for routine administrative work. The printer shall be compatible with the supplied desktop system and include all necessary accessories for immediate operation. The Smart Board (Interactive Flat Panel Display) shall be a 75‑inch Direct LED interactive display with 4K UHD resolution (3840 × 2160) and a minimum brightness of 350 cd/m². It shall support multi‑touch interaction (minimum 20‑point IR touch) with anti‑glare toughened glass and fast touch response. Integrated Intel® UHD Graphics or better shall support standard display and multimedia needs. The desktop shall be supplied with a minimum 19-inch LED monitor, wired keyboard and mouse, and adequate I/O ports including USB, HDMI/DisplayPort, audio, and Ethernet connectivity. The Printer shall be a branded, energy‑efficient printer suitable for office use, capable of producing clear and consistent output. It shall support standard paper sizes and essential printing functions required for routine administrative work. The printer shall be compatible with the supplied desktop system and include all necessary accessories for immediate operation. The Smart Board (Interactive Flat Panel Display) shall be a 75‑inch Direct LED interactive display with 4K UHD resolution (3840 × 2160) and a minimum brightness of 350 cd/m². It shall support multi‑touch interaction (minimum 20‑point IR touch) with anti‑glare toughened glass and fast touch response. The board shall run on Android OS (version 14.0 or higher) with adequate RAM and internal storage, and support wireless screen mirroring from laptops. Built‑in speakers, microphone, camera, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and whiteboard software shall be provided. All required connectivity ports such as HDMI, USB, LAN, and Type‑C shall be included. All components shall be new, unused, and from authorized manufacturers, and shall be supplied with a minimum two‑year authorized warranty (with extended warranty for specified components, where applicable). Delivery, installation, configuration, and basic operational training shall be completed at the designated site.
